The Jemstone Group, LLC, is a new kind of commercial real estate company that focuses on the management, investment, acquisition and development of retail shopping centers in the Northeast.
First and foremost, we are truly a service-oriented business. We are dedicated to serving our clients in the most honest, forthright and productive way, whether as a tenant, broker, investor or banker. In short, we don't let our clients down.
Founded by Joseph and Samuel Jemal, we draw upon 30 years of retail knowledge through the family's legacy of ISJ Management Corp. And, unlike some others, we stick to what we know. We focus on retail because we know what works, we are good at what we do and, with our deeply rooted relationships in all of our key business sectors, we make fair deals.
We understand our retailers' needs and where they would do best within their center because we want them to succeed as long-term tenants. Our centers have consistently delivered high returns that have been good for everyone -- tenants, brokers, investors and bankers alike. We are aggressive yet careful buyers, with an eye consistently focused on risk-adjusted returns.
