As an established owner and manager of suburban and urban outdoor retail shopping centers, The Jemstone Group constantly and aggressively seeks out acquisition opportunities within the Northeast region and beyond.
Stabilized and Value-add opportunities through building expansion and/or the leasing of vacant space.
We generally target Grocery Anchored Shopping Centers, Neighborhood and Community Driven Centers, and Lifestyle Centers located in high barrier to entry markets with strong demographics, as well as Urban Centers in high traffic locations.
Minimum: $5 Million and 50,000 Square Feet
Maximum: $50 Million and No Maximum Size
The Jemstone Group is also seeking portfolio opportunities concentrated within the Northeast geographical region that meet our general acquisition criteria.
