With the formal training gained from a recent Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, coupled with proven, hands-on knowledge of real estate business systems and processes gained over the last decade, Joseph Jemal is both well trained and seasoned in his field. Joseph's formative years in real estate were gained with ISJ Management Corp., a well-established New York-based, family-owned real estate business with a portfolio of more than sixty properties consisting of over twenty million square feet of office, residential and commercial real estate, including shopping centers, strip malls, office buildings, condominium developments and residential apartments. Here he capitalized on every possible opportunity to learn the business from the ground-up during pre-college, college and graduate school years. Recently, Joseph and his brother Samuel formed The Jemstone Group LLC, a new entity and extension of the family's legacy of ISJ Management Corp. This multi-faceted company focuses on the management, investment, acquisition, and development of real estate, with a concentration on suburban shopping centers.

Samuel's formative years in real estate were gained with ISJ Management Corp., a well-established New York-based, family-owned real estate business with a portfolio of more than sixty properties consisting of over twenty million square feet of office, residential and commercial real estate, including shopping centers, strip malls, office buildings, condominium developments and residential apartments. Here he focused on commercial property management, serving as a key advisor to construction sites, managing budgets, handling rent collection and assisting in troubleshooting a variety of areas Recently, Samuel and his brother Joseph formed The Jemstone Group LLC, a new entity and extension of the family's legacy of ISJ Management Corp.
